Referee Game Submission for SSYHA

Teams are responsible for scheduling their own refs. Jerry Sprada from Buffalo Hockey Referees is our league scheduler for home game ref scheduling. Please email him your schedules as they are completed (can be sent in a spreadsheet) at jerrysprada@yahoo.com and indicate the following:
- Team Name/HC/Manager
- Age Classification (10U MOHL, 14UNTB, etc)
- Travel or MOHL
- Period lengths
- Date and time of game
- Who you're playing against
You must also email Chris Roswell (chrisr@holidayrinks.com) from Leisure. He will reserve the locker rooms.
You should receive a confirmation email that your request was received. After a few days, please verify that your games are scheduled by visiting Horizon Web Ref at http://my.horizonwebref.com/. Use the following to login:
- username- jcione
- password- Stsrefs1$
- On the right side of the page is where you should see referees scheduled for your game. If not, contact Jerry.
- If you click on "schedule," all of STS teams and game lengths will be listed. A blue # is under the games (# of games currently scheduled), you can click on this number and see scheduled games.

Some additional tips for ref scheduling:

After the games are entered into the online system, you should receive a confirmation email that everything was entered.
If you don't get a confirmation email within 48 hours, please either send it again or give them a call or text (see contact info below). If there's a change less than 48 hours away, please email and call them to make sure the change is made ASAP. Keep calling until you get a hold of someone.
Check the ref locker room 15 minutes before game time to make sure the refs are there, and to pay them before the game. Any issues, please call Jerry.
